Bank of Scotland (Ireland)
The first building of the new millennium to be built on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin, this high-quality headquarters accommodates 900 staff in a flexible format with extensive support facilities: the atrium and its artwork, by Corban Walker, is particularly noteworthy.
Royal Dublin Society (RDS)
This is the first office project in Ireland to achieve an excellent BREEAM rating and comprises two five-storey buildings over a shared basement car-park. The entrance plaza provides a new public space with high quality landscaping and lighting.
Riverside IV
This project involved the construction of three multi-storey office blocks in extent of 30,000 sqm including a 400 sqm atrium and 45 car parking spaces. The development is on the last remaining Grand Canal Harbour site in Dublin Docklands, located between the Grand Canal Dock and the River Liffey.
Hibernian Headquarters
This project was the largest office fit-out in the capital in 2006, accommodating 1500 staff and covering an area of 19,000m2. The facilities include a 250 seat restaurant, a coffee bar, meeting rooms, a business lounge, reception areas, open plan working environments with juice bars, a gym and a purpose built client entertainment suite.
