Joan is the founding director of Interactive Project Managers Ltd. Which was established in 1998 (previously trading as New Ireland Project Managers which was founded in 1986). Joan has contributed as director/member on several state boards serving the development of Dublin and surrounds. One of her most notable achievements was to be elected as the first woman president of the RIAI in 1994.

She was also a director of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority from 1997-2007. Currently she is a board member for the SEI. Although qualified as an architect Joan has specialized solely in project management since 1986. She was elected to the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1998. Joan has experience and expertise in all fields of project and design management from inception to completion. She has managed some of the largest projects not only in Ireland but also internationally.

Niall has over 20 years experience in the Irish construction industry. Niall is a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects Ireland and was a Council Member and Treasurer from 2004-2005. Niall is a lecturer in construction contract at University College Dublin and has lectured on project management and new forms of contract to the RIAI, DIT, Government and private bodies. Although qualified as an architect Niall has specialised solely in construction and design project management since 1995. He has managed a wide range of projects from inception to completion, including mixed-use developments, corporate head offices, hotel and leisure developments, healthcare facilities, educational, retail and residential projects.

Having qualified as an architect Eileen has chosen to specialise solely in project management since 2006. She has gained a broad range of experience in the design and project management of public sector, new build and conservation projects, commercial interiors/corporate fit outs, health care, hotel and leisure developments.

Eileen is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland.
