IPM have been apponted as Project Managers for the restoration of St. Mel's Cathedral. Our key role includes liaison between the Design Team and the Client Committee, the assessment of design and construction solutions, management of the budget and programme.

IPM have held and managed the competition for the selection of the Design Team, which is now complete. We have prepared the technical and liturgical brief and are managing the brief development process. The next steps will include: restoration, conservation, new interventions, planning consents, seeking grant assistance and community involvement.

IPM are extremely proud to be part of this distinctive project.
