Aston Quay

The project involved the extensive refurbishment of the façade and fabric of what was four original Georgian Houses. The project consisted of retail/leisure areas on the ground floor, gymnasium on the first floor and basement swimming pool, together with the conversion of the second and third floors into luxury apartments.

Parklands, Oscar Traynor Road

The result of a Dublin City Council developer competition, this project proposed the development of a site of c. 17.2 hectares [42 acres] located 6 kilometres from Dublin City Centre at the M1 interchange with Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, Dublin 5.

Baldoyle Town Centre

On the site of the former Baldoyle racecourse in North County Dublin, Phase 3 of this extensive residential development involved the design of a new town centre located around a new main-line rail station.

Jurys Berkeley Court Site

Interactive Project managers were commissioned to manage an invited international architectural competition for the development of this key site in Ballsbridge, Dublin, and thereafter to manage the detailed design and submission to planning of a high-quality, mixed-use development incorporating an advanced “green” agenda and high-quality urban design characteristics.
