Niall has been employed by Interactive Project Managers Ltd since 1996, became a Director of the firm in 1999 and is now the Managing Director. Niall is a member of the Royal Institute Of the Architects of Ireland and was a Council Member and Treasurer from 2004-2005. Although qualified as an architect in 1987 Niall has specialised solely in project management since 1995. Niall is a lecturer in Construction Contract and Project Management at University College Dublin and guest lecturer at DIT. Niall has lectured in the training scheme of Government Bodies and the RIAI in respect of the new Government form of Consultant Conditions of Engagement and the new Form of Public Works Contracts. Niall has specific expertise in the project management from inception to completion of complex, mixed-use city centre projects, restoration of protected structures, light industrial sites, educational facilities, hotel and leisure projects, high profile office fit-outs, residential and health care facilities.

Having qualified as an architect Eileen has specialized solely in project management since 2006. She has gained a broad range of experience in the design and project management of public sector, new build and conservation projects, commercial interiors/corporate fit outs, health care, hotel and leisure developments and health care facilities.

Rhona has been with Interactive Project Managers since 2006 and is responsible for planning, organization, and controlling the administrative aspect of the firm, including the preparation of tenders, communication, coordination and storage of data.
