Design + Construction Management
The project comprised the development of a 4,350sq.m extension to this centre of excellence in the care of elderly people with psychiatric disorders, to provide 57 no. new bedrooms and ancillary accommodation. Although primarily a healthcare facility, the project also included the development a continuous learning environment for research and the provision for teaching and training at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in conjunction with the University of Dublin [Trinity College].
