Ilac Centre

The refurbishment and upgrade of the Ilac Centre, built in 1978, comprised approx. 30 sub-projects and included the provision of new entrances to Mary Street, Parnell Street and Coles Lane, the enhancement of internal malls, the construction of additional retail space and replacement mechanical and electrical services. The project was carried out with minimal disruption to trading and in close consultation with retailers.
