IPM were commissioned to manage an invited, 2-stage international architectural competition for the development of this key site in Ballsbridge, Dublin, and thereafter, to manage the detailed design and submission through planning of a high-quality, mixed-use development incorporating an advanced green agenda and high-quality urban design characteristics.
