Baldoyle Town Centre

Baldoyle Town Centre

On the site of the former Baldoyle racecourse in North County Dublin, Phase 3 of this extensive residential development involved the design of a new town centre located around a new main-line rail station. The intention was to form the basis of a coherent urban structure and its integration with established communities in the area. The brief provided approximately 500 residential units , 11,000 sq.m. of retail space and leisure facilities, grouped around public plazas and private courtyards.
