This hotel was developed as part of the O’Callaghan Hotels collection. Located on Station Road, Cambridge, the development consists of a 9,829 sq.m four star hotel complex with 169 no. rooms, seminar / meeting rooms, executive lounge, gymnasium, restaurant and bar. IPM assisted the Developer with complex pre-development agreements with third parties and full project management services through the design, planning and tender stages.
