This complex project in Dublin’s city centre involved the retention and restoration of protected buildings and facades, the excavation of a deep basement and the insertion of a significant new structure to provide a five star, 164 bedroom hotel and significant business branch for Allied Irish Bank. The development was designed and implementation meticulously planned to ensure the bank could remain in occupation and fully operational during the 30-month construction period.
