This project involved extensive re-ordering and the refurbishment of the facade and fabric of what was 4 original Georgian townhouses. When complete, the accommodation consisted of a basement swimming pool, retail/leisure areas at ground floor level, a gymnasium on first floor, together with the conversion of second and third floor levels into a suite of luxury apartments.
