IPM were appointed as project managers by Bank of Scotland (Ireland) for the fit-out of and to dovetail into the site development of No. 124-127 St Stephen’s Green, to deliver a 11,550sq.m 7 storey [over double basement] headquarters office building. The first development of the new millennium to be constructed on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, this high-quality headquarters building accommodates 900 staff in a flexible format with extensive support facilities. The atrium and its artwork, by Corban Walker, is particularly noteworthy.
