Dublin Landings – Blocks 4 & 5
This project comprises the integration of a refined and exacting commercial fit-out into the shell and core of the Central Bank of Ireland – Blocks 4 & 5 of the wider Dublin Landings campus. Extending to c. 26,000sq.m over 7 no. floors (above a double basement) and arranged around a dramatic atrium, the project, when complete, will deliver a high quality and innovative workplace for up to c. 1,300 personnel, to a BREEAM Excellent rating.
