Design + Construction Management

Canada House

Canada House

The project involved the re-development of the former Canada House site at the junction of Earlsfort Terrace and St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, to provide a new 7,588sq.m 5 storey over double basement office building. The location of the site on a prominent street corner within a conservation area necessitated a refined design response that respected the surrounding Georgian built character while delivering a high-quality, contemporary office building. The use of sustainable materials and efficient building techniques further resulted in the attainment of LEED Gold certification – the first time such a standard was achieved in Dublin.
